Terms of Service for Content Studio Pro

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Content Studio Pro (the "Service"), a web application available at https://contentstudiopro.com/ that helps creators schedule, manage, and publish video content to connected social media platforms such as TikTok.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using Content Studio Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to the Content Studio Pro Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use Content Studio Pro.
2. Description of Content Studio Pro
Content Studio Pro is a publishing tool. It does not host, edit or republish your content. Specifically, Content Studio Pro:
- Authenticates you with TikTok via OAuth 2.0 (the "Login Kit").
- Lets you upload a video, choose a privacy level, and disclose any commercial intent.
- Forwards the request to TikTok's Content Posting API either as a Direct Post (
video.publish) or as a draft to your TikTok inbox (video.upload).
3. License to Use Content Studio Pro
Content Studio Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or business content publishing, subject to these Terms. The license terminates automatically if you violate any of these Terms.
4. Account and Authentication
You authenticate to Content Studio Pro by linking your TikTok creator account through TikTok's OAuth flow. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your TikTok credentials. Content Studio Pro never sees your TikTok password.
5. Content You Submit
You retain all ownership rights in the videos and captions you submit through Content Studio Pro. By using Content Studio Pro, you grant us the limited right to transmit your content to TikTok solely to fulfil your publishing request. Content Studio Pro does not store, modify, or repurpose your content.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights to the content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Content Studio Pro:
- To upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content (including content that depicts violence, hate speech, or sexual abuse).
- To impersonate any other person or entity.
- To upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service.
- To circumvent TikTok's own community guidelines or terms.
- To send spam or unsolicited promotional content.
7. TikTok Compliance
When you publish through Content Studio Pro, your post is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Content Studio Pro forwards your privacy choice and your commercial-content disclosure to TikTok exactly as you set them, without modification.
8. Disclaimer
Content Studio Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Content Studio Pro does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from third-party outages on TikTok or other dependencies.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Content Studio Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Content Studio Pro.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Studio Pro and its operators from any claim, demand, or liability arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
11. Modifications to the Service or Terms
Content Studio Pro may modify or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. These Terms may also be updated; the "Last Updated" date above will reflect any changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
