User Data Deletion for Content Studio Pro

Content Studio Pro is a publishing tool that authenticates creators through TikTok and Instagram OAuth and forwards their content to those platforms. We do not maintain any persistent user database. Nevertheless, you may request the deletion of any data associated with your use of Content Studio Pro at any time.

1. What data Content Studio Pro processes

When you connect a TikTok or Instagram account to Content Studio Pro, the following information is processed:

• The OAuth access token issued by TikTok or Instagram (stored only in your browser session storage, discarded when you close the tab).
• Basic profile information returned by the platform (display name, avatar, open id, union id) used to identify the connected creator on the dashboard.
• Video files you choose to publish, which are streamed to TikTok or Instagram and not retained on our servers after upload completes.
• The captions, privacy levels, and commercial-content disclosure flags you enter for each post.

2. How to delete your data

Because Content Studio Pro acts as a thin client between you and the connected platforms, the most direct way to revoke our access and erase the only persistent link to your account is to disconnect Content Studio Pro from the platform itself.

For TikTok

1. Open the TikTok mobile app.
2. Go to Settings and privacy → Security and login → Manage apps.
3. Find Content Studio Pro in the list and tap Disconnect (or Remove access).

Once disconnected, the OAuth access token previously issued to Content Studio Pro is invalidated by TikTok and our service can no longer read your data or publish on your behalf.

For Instagram

1. Open the Instagram mobile app.
2. Go to Settings and activity → Apps and websites (or Website permissions).
3. Locate Content Studio Pro and tap Remove.

Once removed, Instagram invalidates the OAuth access token issued to Content Studio Pro and our service can no longer read your data or publish on your behalf.

We will confirm completion of the deletion within 30 days of receiving the request, in line with the GDPR / RGPD requirements.

4. What is automatically deleted vs. retained

• Automatically deleted: OAuth access tokens (discarded when you close the browser tab), uploaded video files (streamed to the platform and not stored on our servers).
• Retained for audit/logs (up to 30 days): server-side request logs that may contain the timestamp of OAuth authentications and publish requests. These logs are purged automatically.
• Never collected: passwords, payment information, contact lists, content from other platforms, browsing history.
